Courses awating approval - different sources for a report

Hi,

I've got a report to show learners their courses awaiting approval so they can follow up with the approver if it's getting close to a course date.

The source of that report is Seminar signups.

I'd also like to show when they made the initial request to give them an indication how long they have been waiting for approval. That is recorded as Time Requested but it is not in the source Seminar signups. It is in the source of Self-registration request.

Any idea what I can do? Or has anyone else come up with another way to show this information?

Hi Larry,

I see its not possible to do this in the report at present, as you say.

The Messages report source captures the info you need, its not an ideal solution but the data is there; when it was sent, what seminar & to who.

I've been in touch with our Product team, with a view to creating an Improvement to have the data made available in the Seminar signups report source - but the current focus of our work and resources are on our existing commitments to Totara13 so its not possible for me to say immediately if this will be developed in the near future.
