Pie Chart Data Order

Hi

I have been able to change the colours of my pie chart - is it possible to set a default order?

I'm trying to create a pie chart for senior management of certification renewal status and depending on the % it orders the data differently and applies the colours from highest to lowest % which means that sometimes Renewal expired = green (as it's the smallest %) and sometimes it's orange (the 2nd highest percentage).

I think it will be confusing so I would like to set a default order - Not due for renewal, Due for Renewal, Renewal Expired.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

Lynsey

Are you setting the colors in the Custom settings box?

I've found that helps.  Then as far as sorting goes you should be able to manipulate that based on your default column sorting

Thanks Alex

Yes, I have the colours set their and they work.

I've tried manipulating the column sorting but it doesn't seem to effect the order they display in the pie chart - it seems to be based on percentage.
