I am trying to get some calculations on competency ratings. There is a field "Scale value numerical value" which seems like it should give me an option to turn text values into numeric values Totara can show in a report, count average, etc. However I cannot find any use for this in the system. Can you help me out? This value is under Competencies > Manage competencies > Competency frameworks >Competency scale
