I find the Featured Links Block (FLB) extremely useful.
I am able to add a FLB to a course e.g. /course/view.php?id=123
I can add blocks (e.g. HTML block) to a page within that course e.g. /mod/page/view.php?id=345
However, I am unable to add a FLB to the page.
Can I enable FLB on pages?
If so, can you please share the steps/code?

Blocks appear where it was originally created from. If the block was created on the Frontpage then it will only appear on the Frontpage.
To change where this block can appear select the block on a page > Configure block
Select 'Where this block appears' and select 'Display throughout the site'

This worked.
As illustrated, from the course main page, I selected Configure block and set the Display on page types to Any page.
Now the block displays on all pages in that course.
