Can you view or amend the email messaging that the system sends out. For example, the password reset email new users or learning plan assignment? I would quite like to add some sort of email header to the body of the message to make it more interesting to a users. I'm currently on v11.

The messages that are sent out by the system are able to be changed through using the language customisation menu.
Search for the phrase and add your own text and insert placeholder fields. There is also very limited formatting available that is probably not to the extent you are wanting.
