We’re looking for answers how can we extend the functionality in the Totara app such as Create plugins/Extensions/API's.
What programming language is used for it/how we can integrate? Can you share the documents or the link to these questions?

Thanks for the information. To answer your question, we are looking to become partner of Totara, so were evaluating what all technical skills will be required by the team to best support the customers.
I think we will get more detailed information once we are in phase of signing up as partner.

Correct me if I am wrong - We can only get access to totara 11 for installation on our dev after signing up partner agreement?
