Hi John

The course completion report under course administration isn't a report builder report so isn't able to be adjusted through the interface.

The course completion source in the Report Builder does allow the user status field to be added so the suspended users can be filtered out

Purging the suspended user's  data would mean that if the user joins the site again their previous data wouldn't be able to be restored.

I am having the same issue, but rather than wanting to exclude suspended users from the SITE in the report, I need it to exclude suspended users from the COURSE in the report. Even when I add the 'is enrolled?' filter, it still includes those users in the report, and the User Status filter refers to the site status. How would I run a report using Report Builder that shows the following for only users who are active in the course:

  • Course name
  • Enrollment date
  • Course progress (%)
  • A few custom course fields

I have tried numerous report stores to no avail.

Hi Tami

The suspended field in the reports is related to whether the users is suspended at the site level.

You are wanting a report on users who have their enrolment in a course suspended - using the setting in the enrolment method.

I can't see a report that has this course suspension field included.

Are you using the external unenrolment action to disable course enrolment and remove roles  If this is the case then using a report such as Audience members would show only those users in the audience missing out the users with suspended enrolment
