Outlook not changing when seminar details updated

Due to COVID 19, a lot of changes have had to be made to a series of seminars. We have noticed that the Outlook calendar date and time seems to be updating, but not the changed details. This is of concern because participants are still seeing the outdated face to face delivery details and not the webinar link. 

Is there a way we can fix this? We are still using version 2.9

Hi Melinda

Are you able to create a ticket with details on the exact version of Totara and also of Outlook you have with a copy of the ics attachment.

We can then see if this can be fixed - there was a change made to the ics attachment structure in 2.9.6 and there may also be a change in the way Outlook handles ical format.
