Unique logins

Hi there, I am looking for some help with a report that will show me genuine unique logins of learners on a daily basis.  This will help me to understand when, who is accessing.  This will give us data to help us target staff groups or to understand why people are or aren't engaging in the system.

I have reports that show logins, but they are based on multiple logins, page access and other metrics.  Any help is really appreciated.

Thanks

Craig

Hi Craig

The Site logs records the time of actions for every user and can be aggregated by day and then counted by unique username.

If you set the filter to action equal to  loggedin then only logging in will be counted.

Should produce a count per day of users who logged in.

Hi Craig

Another thought to provide detailed analysis of site usage is to use an external analytics tool such as Google analytics.

The html code for the tool can be added to pages in Totara to track usage.
