Report source: course completion including history

Would it be possible to have a Report source like Course Completion including History however for Certification Completion?

There is an embedded report Record of Learning: All Certifications - this report has a column called previous completions.

If you click on the clone button for this report you can create a report with the columns and settings that are suitable for you.

If you change the embedded report then this will affect the Record of learning display for all users so is probably better to clone the report
