When writing in an appraisal there is no draft response option; if the manager/appraiser/learner writes a response it is immediately visible to all parties. Can cause issues if writing about something that still needs to be discussed between all parties before publishing.
When the job assignment is updated to a new manager or appraiser the current appraisal has the names replaced at the top. It does not indicate if the writer was a different person. This seems inappropriate. It feels like it should have last updated date and name stamp next to each response, like comments do.
When a staff member clicks complete there is no way for the administrator to revert back. We have had multiple instances of staff reading each page and clicking next, next, next, complete stage, oops, becuase the complete stage button is in the same place as the next button, and it doesnt ask "are you sure?" like a lot of other activities do (like submit all and finish, or when you delete anything). It would be great if the administrator could remove the complete stage for the staff member.
Will any of these be addressed in a future release?
