Hi all.

We're trying to implement some competencies that we want staff to self-update in our system. I've set up a learning plan with the list of competencies and that seems to be working well, however on testing whenever someone updates a competency and then moves on and does a few more, it will revert back to the default rating.

I've attached a video showing the issue (occurs at both 7 seconds and 50 seconds into the video):   

Any suggestions on why this could be occurring and workarounds/fixes would be appreciated.

Hi Matt

There was an issue with the performance of the update competencies task that was fixed a couple of years ago.

Can you check under the Scheduled tasks menu that this task is running Ok.

If this looks OK are you or your partner able to create a support ticket with information on the Totara version  and recreation steps. 

Do you use a complex competency framework with lots of levels and linked to courses ?
