Hi everyone,
My team are interested in a list of common FAQs that new users might have on a Totara 12 instance. For example: "how do I reset my password", "why do I see 'access denied' on a Course page I have navigated to", etc.
We know they're really basic questions, but we have another team who will field initial support calls on our new instance, and so it would be great if there were an already compiled list of basic support questions that we can enable our support team with. More advanced questions would be filtered through to our LMS admin, or on to our Partner as required.
We figure that we can compile this ourselves, but don't want to miss anything because we're used to the system already. Anyway if we can make use of something that already exists then that will save us some time :)
