Can some Scorms be set up in a way that stops Totara admins from deleting or resetting the attempt?
We are trying to reset and delete scorm attempts for some individuals.
We can do this on courses where we have created the Scorm using the following instructions:
Course admin > Reports > Activity reports > selecting the Report tab.
Then select the users and attempts and reset or Delete selected attempts.
Message: Deleted user attempts
However when we try this with 3rd party scorms the attempt remains after we see the message: Deleted user attempts
Is this a known issue with some 3rd party scorms? ie can some Scorms be set up in a way that stops Totara from deleting or resetting the attempt?
