Report on Quiz submission

Hey all,

We have just started to bring some accredited training courses into our LMS.
For these courses, we have a series of sections using the 'Quiz' module, with open ended essay style questions that are required to be manually graded by a trainer.

Looking for a way to be able to notify our Trainers when someone submits a Quiz for Grading.

It looks like the only way to see if there's any submissions for grading is for a Trainer to actually access that Quiz and manually check for anything new.

Is there an easier way?

Hi Brady

Can you check the notification preferences for the trainer user to see that the notification of quiz submission is on for email .

Do this by going into a users's profile and Selecting preferences > Notification preferences > Quiz

if this is turned on for the trainer then look at the trainer role and edit the permission 'Get a notification message when an attempt is submitted' so it 'Allowed.

Hi Craig,

When looking at the notification preferences for the Trainer, I cannot see any notification preferences related to Quizzes.

Is there something that I need to do elsewhere to enable this?
