Hi Emma,
We have an Academy course on the catalogue which might be a good starting point.
Perhaps you could share more specifically what you're trying to achieve so others could add their suggestions? Which Totara products are you using (Totara Learn, Totara Engage, Totara Perform or a combination)? Which specific kinds of content would you like to make more easily findable?
