This week, we’re asking you about your knowledge of LXPs in our weekly poll, and letting you know about our upcoming webinars, which includes a demonstration of the Totara Talent Experience Platform and a session on what’s new in Totara 14.

Last week we asked ‘how often do you have performance check-ins with your manager?’ The results were quite varied with 40% of you only having check-ins once a year. A further 40% have check-ins once a month whilst the final 20% have check-ins once a week, so quite a range of answers there! If you’d like to learn more about this topic, have a look at our Academy course on ‘Running successful check-ins’ or start a conversation in the Performance management collaborative space.

Designing elearning for mobile devices

This week in the Community the question of how to best design learning for mobile is being discussed. If you’re also reflecting on how best to design elearning for mobile join the conversation and take a look at our Academy course on the Totara mobile app.

What’s new in Totara 14?

Totara is excited to announce Totara 14, the latest release of the Totara Talent Experience Platform, is nearly here. On the 12th May at 4pm London / 11am New York we’ll be providing a demo of ‘What’s new in Totara 14’. Totara 14 expands on the features released in Totara 13 which included the introduction of Totara Engage (LXP) and Totara Perform (Performance Management System).

Discover what’s new in Totara Learn and explore the latest features in both Totara Engage and Totara Perform, including:

• Updates to the recommendations engine

• The new centralised notifications system

In this webinar, Totara expert Meredith Henson will introduce the new functionality available, demo the key features and answer any questions you have.
