I have spent some time this afternoon playing with Totara Perform and I am very excited about what it is going to do for my organisation. The performance activities are a huge improvement on the Totara Learn V12 appraisals.
The one thing I do have a question on; in the V12 appraisals functionality you could bring into an appraisal the review of an objective or a competency and even adjust the status of competencies from within the review. I cannot see that this is replicated in Totara Perform. Can you confirm that is the case and also if there is any plan to reintroduce (and improve on) that feature.
I would love to see the ability to review and set objectives from within a performance activity as well as the old feature of managing competencies statuses.
