Hi,

I have a workshop with manager approval.

For one manager the approval request email is not being generated.

The email to the learner is advising that the manager will be sent an approval request but it isn't generated.

I've tested with other managers and it works fine with both email being generated.

Any ideas as to what could be causing that email not to generate for this manager?

All good.

Found out what it was.

They had their notifications for tasks turned off.

Two follow up questions:

  1. Are logs available to tell when they turned it off?
  2. Is there a report I can run to tell me who has this notification preference turned off?
