Hide course from Record of Learning

I'm wondering if i can hide a particular course from the record of learning?

I can't see a way of doing this even with hiding the course doesn't hide this in the Record of Learning. A Record of learning is meant to show all learning that the user has participated in.

It is possible to delete the course which would delete all user grades and progress for the course which is probably not what you want or to use the course completion editor to delete the completion record individually.

Hi,

there are reasons to reverse what is shown in record of learning.

User enroll by mistake and then unrol

Some user with admin rights or at leats can add persons to a course makes a mistake and adds worng user/audience, what ever... and the unenroll them.

But the user sees these courses in the RoL...

For the case of when a user is accidentally enrolled and the unenrolled there is a bulk deletion script that deletes the completion records of users who have not started the specified course over a specified period.

Hi Craig,

thx for that info. I did not know such script existed.

Ill ask my IT team to investigate that --help flag to see what params can be used to narrow down the scope to just a single course, and what ever other params you can use...
