I have an interesting issue I would love your help with.

We want our staff to be able to book in to do external courses from inside our T13 Learn and I am trying to find the best way to achieve it.

Example:

We want to limit the number of staff that will be doing external courses each month to 5. And we want to record the resulting certificate or completion in T13. We want to to be self serve and not have to much overhead of creating new instances of something each month.
