Hello,

Our company has different sites, some of them have adopted Totara for 2 years now while other sites was still using our old training platform. when we started using Totara, a monthly mandatory Certification is assigned to an Audience (every learner on Totara) including those who still used the old training system. Now we want to have all sites using Totara, but the new adapters have accumulated expired Certifications. we would like to unassign them. for example we want them starting with June's Certification. 

Question:

How do we unassign new adopters from expired Certifications? (Set and Dynamic Audiences, created monthly with end date)

Hi Rihanata

There are some audience rules around certifications expiry and status that should help select the required users.
