We have a client looking to upgrade from v12 to v13+ using Perform features. They're holding on for v15 to hopefully utilise Goal review questions in new Perform activities.
They've posed the question around their legacy appraisal data - will legacy appraisals still be available in v15? If not, how will old data be displayed/accessed?

Hi Duncan. Firstly, to introduce myself. I'm the product manager for Perform.
The Goals review question type will be available in 14.2. We nearly had this ready for 14, so are able to drop this into a point release.
Legacy appraisals will remain available in 15. We recognise the need to progress from the legacy appraisals to the 13+ activities, so have no intention to remove legacy appraisals while that impacts on the migration of practice from old to new.
