Last week we asked when do you do most of your own learning and development? There’s currently an even split between people who have dedicated hours at work and people who spend time on professional development in the evenings. It’s useful to reflect on these questions when designing learning and performance interventions, and to think about patterns of behaviour, particularly as working patterns have changed for so many over the last 18 months.
This week we’d like to know which areas of the Community you’re using. ‘Which of the following have you done in the Community’ For example have you:

Updated Academy course: Learning plans course V13-V14
Totara learning plans allow quick and targeted access to personalised learning, which might be conducted face-to-face or within the Totara system. Learning plans enable staff to see at a glance their progress against specific learning events such as all their courses, competencies and objectives.

Create and edit a variety of different user-driven learning plans
Link courses, competencies, objectives and programs to learning plans
Add evidence to a learning plan
