We are using Totara 12.  When downloading feedback results (which are set to be not anonymous) the user details provided are:

• User full name
• Email address

Is it possible to edit the report so that it includes their User ID or Username?

I wasn't able to locate an edit function that enabled me to modify/add these fields to the Feedback Responses Report?
