Hi all, 


We have several courses which are optional for employees to complete, however are only valid for one year from the acquired date. 

Is there a way we can have a course expire that does not sit within a certification? We don't want the learning to be assigned as mandatory or to enforce a due date.

Hi Bianca

There are some options in enrolment methods to have an expiry date for a course and set an enrolment expiration action.

The manual ,self enrolment and Flat file methods have the expiry option - depending on how you want to enrol users you could use one of these.
