I'm working on a new course that requires a short practical session.  We want it set up so the Learner has to submit a request to the trainer.  It doesn't need to be complicated just a 'click here to request a training session'.  

I've looked at the various activities (quiz, feedback, assignment, choice etc) and the simplest looks to be Choice but can't see if this will send a notification to the trainer that there has been a request.

Has anyone else got a course set up with this type of function?  Wondering what is the best way to do it with the least number of clicks.
