Good day to you all. Has anyone used the "On the Job" plugin (seen here - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a-GatbCdqWY), originally developed by Catalyst, in Totara V14 or V15. It basically allows Managers to digitally sign off training that has been taken offline.
We have it working beautifully in various V12 systems, but are looking for any other potential users who may be using it in a newer version of Totara Learn before upgrading ours.
If anyone can help, it would be hugely appreciated.

As far as I know there isn't a cost, and it was developed by www.catalyst.net.nz
We've used it extensively in V12 Totara, and it is really very useful indeed. Happy to help if you need assistance using it.

We have been using the plugin and its great. We use it to track on the job assessment with regards to work instructions
for example
course - Safe work practices
Topic 1 = Moulding
Ojt - Moudling processes
OJT Tasks - Process1, process 2 process 3 etcs.

I am new to OJTs. We used them extensively in Totara 12.
Now in Totara 15, I am trying to create a new one, but I can't see the button to Add or Edit topics.
Not sure if the plugin is broken or I am missing something.

I can confirm the OJT definitely works brilliantly in Totara V16 (I'm not sure whether we have a V15 Site running it, I have asked Technical), and the Edit Topics button is there (see screenshot below). I wonder whether it is worth uninstalling and reinstalling the OJT plugin to see if that works. Failing that there are different versions of the Plugin available for download on Github. From what I can see on the Site I took the screenshot from, we are using v1.0 2022052600.

Have you tried pulling OJT data into reports @Lee? I'm not sure if it is possible to report on this granular detail Totara Learn Open Discussions - OJT reporting on topic items
