Trying to figure out what the below field is used for, there doesn't seem to be any references to it in the training materials for Seminars.

This is to do with taking attendance where the "Select" option for enrolled users is 'Set/All/Not Set' and refers to users who attended the event being parked as 'Fully Attended/Partially Attended/No Show'.

Not sure of what the "Select' option here refers to.

Hi Agnes

The All , Set and Not set  options are for bulk selecting users and marking the  selected users with the same attendance status.

The menu items are explained below 

  • All: Select all learners.
  • Set: Select all learners that have already been marked with an attendance status.
  • Not Set: Select all learners that have not yet been marked with an attendance status.
