When I first heard about the Totara Talent Experience Platform before it came out in 2020, I thought it would be 3 separate platforms with SSO.

I was pleasantly surprised to find out that is not the case. It really is one platform. When you set-up the instance you check which components the customer has purchased. What is not purchased dynamically disappears and if they later add components they dynamically reappear.

The components are integrated into different parts. So for example, if a client does not purchase perform certain report templates disappear from the report builder.

It is very innovative and I have not seen another platform that works this way.
