I need to do a survey but Im not sure if this activity will work, because a need to consolidate how many times user prefer an option.
This is the example:
Question 1:
a) option <--- User prefer this option
b) option
c) choose
Question 2:
a) option <---User prefer this option
b) option
c) choose
Summari:
Option a) 2 times
Option b) 0 time
Option c) 0 time
Is it possible to access to this summari by user, through Report or other activity?

Can you detail what the question are used for - are they course related or assessment related?
The survey activity has been deprecated in Totara 13 so a suitable alternative such as Feedback Quiz or performance activities that allow questions to be asked and reported on should be used.

This questions are not relationed with a course.
It is only ask about your preferences.
Example, if i want to know your learning style, i will ask you 30 questions with option A, B and C. Finally i want to know if you choose more times A, B or C. If you choice A 15 times, I can say, Craig have "visual" learning style.

I am thinking the most suitable activity is the Feedback activity to the Frontpage so that all authenticated users can see this and don't allow multiple submissions.
Feedback actiuvities also have reminders setup to help increase the completion rates
