Hello folks

I wonder if someone can help me with the following as it is so excruciating if it goes wrong.

Do the audience rules need to be in a sequence?

Also, do the two date rules below act as an "in-between dates" Rule?

User is suspended is equal to "No"

AND User's time created date is on or after 13/02/2022, 11:30

AND User has a job assignment ID number contains "EV-Pillar"

AND User's organisation in any of their job assignments is equal to "XXXX"Delete rule itemwithin the "Commercial" framework

AND User's time created date is before or on 2/03/2022, 15:35

In this case the order of the rules doesn't matter as all of these conditions need to be true because you have used AND between each rule.

If you had an AND plus an OR eg

(User's time created date is on or after 13/02/2022, 11:30 AND

User's time created date is before or on 2/03/2022, 15:35)

OR User's organisation in any of their job assignments is equal to "XXXX"Delete rule itemwithin the "Commercial" framework

then the order is important. You can use rulesets to group rules for using the OR logic between rulesets
