Issue:
When a users feedback is archived (e.g. if the feedback activity is inside a certification and the recertification window opens), the feedback attributed to that user becomes visible and searchable inside the Feedback archive page, even if the feedback is supposed to be anonymous.
E.g.
- User A completes anonymous feedback activity inside course
- Recertification window for User A for this course opens, feedback for User A is archived so that they can recomplete feedback activity
- Course Administrator can now go into the Feedback Archive for that course, and view User A's feedback and know that it is User A's feedback, as the Feedback Archive gives the username, fullname, time completed and time archived data
This causes a huge breach in confidence and trust for users when we tell them that their feedback is anonymous, when in truth it can be easily attributable
Expected Solution
When a users feedback is archived and the feedback activity has the anonymous option selected, the username and fullname columns in the Feedback Archive should read Anonymous. If the anonymous option is not selected, the username and fullname should be visible as per the current setup
