I great enhancement to competency reporting would be to add in some columns designed for aggregation as you have in the course completion source.

In the Course Completion source you have Is complete, Is not complete. These columns allow us to do some great visual overviews of completion with graphs.

If you add Is proficient and Is not proficient to the Competency Status source we would be able to do some similar reporting for competencies. This would help with Talent management reporting.
