Dear all,
i am sure you can answer it... is it possible to conduct an appraisal between manager and employee who are member of 2 different tenenats?
If not from scratch - do you know how we can organize it?

Hi Christian
If the employee is a member of a tenant then the manager will only be able to assigned if the are also a member or participant of the tenant
If the users need to be members of the tenant then t is possible to add the manager as an external participant or assign them through a position.

Thanks Craig and Phil. It worked (Manager is participant of both tenants) - employee remains in his/her tentant as a member.

Hi Christian.
I'm interested in why they are in separate tenancies. Multi-tenancy is designed to segregate groups of users' activity from each other. I'm interested in why you have chosen MT when the management structure is not separated. More for my understanding than anything. And we might be able to offer ideas that better support what the client wants to achieve.
Dear Phil,
Thanks for your fast answer,
We have in that case 2 different brands with different tenant manager and unique site branding + content.
Some manager of one brand lead mixed teams.
I would loose the brand identity / tenant management structure in that case if MT is not used, right?
