We ran a seminar last week, which half the people ended up not attending because they didn't receive the link in the email. We use a scheduled notification to remind attendees the day before about the seminar and provide the virtual room link. One of the participants forwarded me the email they received and there was a blank space where the virtual link should've been. We normally use Electa as our virtual room system, but sometimes trainers use Zoom, which seems to be the software not sending.

Anyone got any advice as to what might be going wrong?
