Hello Team,
We've built a course which requires users to complete an assignment. This is something they do monthly.
What we've found is that once the users have submitted the assignment once, their screen then only allows them to edit their submissions rather than allowing them to submit a 2nd one the following month. Are there any areas we've missed when setting up that would allow a monthly submission vs users getting page shown in pic?

If you are wanting separate grades for each assignment you probably need a separate assignment for each submission so the grades are separate . You can also add access restriction so you can't access the second assignment unless you have completed the first one and/or a date
If you are wanting one grade then you can set the Maximum attempts under the Assignment Submission settings.

Thanks a ton for your response, it worked beautifully. A follow-up question would be whether there is a way to make each of these assignment's submissions visible to all team members?

It is possible to download all assignment submissions and view all submissions as an administrator.
If you enable the View Grades in the assignment.for the Learner role then the Learner should see the View all submissions and download all submissions.
To adjust this permission login as admin and select the Assignment activity and under Assignment administration >Permission > View grades
click on the plus sign and add the learner role. This will give the learner this permission for that assignment activity.
Login as a learner of the course and you should see the upload and view when you click on the Assignment activity
