Does anyone have experience with multiple job assignments across multiple positions and multiple org units?  We hire a very large casual workforce (100k) over a three month period.  These users can have multiple positions across 25 individual positions, 8k organisations, 150 parent organisations and 8 grandparent organisations.  Has anyone had experience with easily identifying the users in a specific position and organisation without identifying other users in that organisation in other positions?

For example:

Person 1 has two job assignments: position 1 in org 1 and position 2 in org 2.

Person 2 has one job assignment: position 1 in org 2.

I want to be able to target person 2 through position 1 plus org 2 and not return person 1 in these results.  Any attempts I have made appear to search for the positions and organisations in isolation rather than looking for them in the same job assignment.
