Audience Rule sets for a short period of employment

Hey,

Has anyone come across a way to create a dynamic rule that allows enrolment of courses for a specific group based on their Start and End date? I've been trying to do this and I can't seem to find a way to do it.

Here's what I need: user a is in a specific Organisation and the start-date is within the last 6 weeks. But their end date ends at the end of 6 weeks. Is there anyway to do this? I've been staring at the rules but I can't seem to think of a way to do it.

This may be able to be done through using relative dates and also be simplified to only using the end date

Would someone who has a start date always have an end date 6 weeks after their start date ?

If so you could use a rule such as

User's organisation name in any of their job assignments is equal to "wellington"
AND The end date of any of the user's job assignments is within the upcoming 42 day(s)

The user would be added to the audience if their end date is within 6 weeks and be unassigned if not within 6 weeks

Hi Craig,

For short -term employees yes, I may have to request that anyone who is a contractor we share the short term end date so that they will be picked up.
