Hi everyone, currently we have been set up for using certifications for learning that repeats. It is the same course that they complete, and then 12 months later they complete the same course again.

Obviously this has issues with reporting. If we only have a 30 day window, it is fine as the course completion in a certification will only be removed to complete in those 30 days and they manage this. 

The issue is however, we want people to appear 100% right up until they are due again, and only to appear as incomplete after their due date has come. Is a recurring program the best way to manage this? That way I can use just course reporting, not certifications?
