Use SCIM for user provisioning

We would like to use SCIM as user provisioning to populate user data in Totara. It quite difficult to find correct information about this. We can configure some standards in Azure AD like a tenant URL and token, but what do we need to build in order to receive the data on Totara?

Is there anyone with any experience in this?

Totara doesn't have any native support for SCIM protocol at the moment
