Hello everyone,

I'd love to hear from anyone who has experienced a similar problem to us.

We recently discovered that some of our audiences were not updating. The error message on the page reads

"Some broken rules have been found. While there are broken rules the audience membership will not be updated"

The problem is this has been this has been not updating for several months and we use this audience to enrol on mandatory training.

We have hundreds of audiences set up so to manually check each one would take forever. 

Is there a report source that lets us see which audiences have broken rules or a way to audit audiences for broken rules?

Hi Paul

Theoretically  the site administrators should receive an email when an a audeince rule is broken as I have received these emails.

Can you check with the site administrators if they have received these - if they are being received them then one of the admins need to be responsible for resolving these.

I would expect these messages to be recorded in the Site logs report - I can't see these in the audience or messages reports
