I was wondering if there was a way that an auto email could be sent out to delegates and their managers that have not attended a seminar event? 

We want to be able to report on reasons why delegates have not attended the seminars?

Can this be done using reminders somehow? Or would it just be a case of manually sending out emails when event is over?

Hi Hayley

Totara 16 added seminar  to centralised notifications which gives more flexibility.

This allows the creation of a notification based on the booking end date and also attendance status so could be sent to all users after the seminar has finished and attendance taken who have a  No show or unable to attend status
