i did not find the answer in the forum. Is it possible that the learner receives iCal mail entries for a seminar activity with different session dates....
He/she register for 1 event - but will be insribed in all session dates...
At the moment the confirmation is sent out to our learners - but without iCal entry for outlook.

There is an option to send one message per date under seminar global settings
The iCal information is embedded in the message rather than being an attachment so should populate Outlook when opened . Is this happening - There are some inconsistencies with the way Outlook treats iCal files - what version of Outlook do you have?
