Dear all,
using T17 (and earlier versions as well) the notifications of seminar bookings do not contain the correct format of dates for different countries.
Our preferred language in Totara is German, but the date string of sessions, events are still in English.
e.g.:
29 January 2023, Sunday, 29 January 2023, 9:00 AM - 29 January 2023, Sunday, 29 January 2023, 3:00 PM
Do you have any idea how to change the date to a specific format?

The date format comes from the locale of the operating system - this should be the same as what is in the Totara language pack.
There is a locale compatibility check in Totara that you can run to highlight any problems.

Thanks Craig, we are using German language pack, nevertheless, it does not seem to pull through.
Compatibility check shows no errors.
We adressed that now in changing the German language pack string "strftimedate" in core_langconfig to be into the German format.
