Hello

I have a question that i should know the answer to but I don't.

For a manager to be able to see the course completion of his team, does he need to have 

  1. visibility of the courses
  2. or be enrolled in all of the courses
  3. or he should be able to see course completion regardless just so long as the Job assignment is set up correctly?

I used to believe that a manager could see the course completion of his colleagues without being enrolled in or having visibility of the courses.

Hi Stephen

  1. For someone to view content in a report they need to have visibility rights to the content.
  2. You don't necessarily need to enrol in the course just have visibility of the course.
  3. To see course completions of a user they would need visibility of the user completion records rather than visibility of the course or enrollment in the course
