I'd like to create a program, qith a certification for the completion. But In don't need a recertification.
It's possible to simply add a certificate to a course?
What rights/role could I have to do this?

If you make the last course of the program a dummy course that has a certificate associated with it then this would simulate a program certificate.
Another alternative is to use an Open Badge that is awarded on program completion

Hello and thank you for your response. I have indeed also done as you advise, after a long search. But I don't understand why this isn't listed anywhere and we have to arrive at this solution empirically.
