Hello! How do you suggest adding a transcript to a course containing a video? e.g., in Academy courses,

Hi Barbara,
We use the page activity to provide a transcript in our Totara Academy courses. We also upload the transcript text to YouTube which is then automatically synced to provide closed captions for the video.
You could also choose to upload the transcript as a PDF, this gives you a bit more flexibility with the layout and look and feel. You'll notice that we provide a link to a PDF transcript within the page activity.
