I am trying to manually renew a certification for a customer because we don't want them to take the certification again. I can't seem to figure out how to do this. Please advise. Thank you!

Hi Paula
The program and certification editor can be enabled and this will let you change dates and certification status and provide information on the effect this has on the record.
