I have set up an event custom field of 'Virtual Link' so Teams/Zoom links can be added to a seminar event.
I am struggling with how to include this custom field in a V16 'Booking confirmation' notification.
I have tried adding the custom field shortname of 'virtual' to the following language string but it didn't work: notification_placeholder_event_all_sessions_layout
[#sessions] [session:virtual] [/sessions]
Is there a recommended approach for this, please?

Hi Olivia
Can you confirm if you have setup Zoom or Teams as a virtual room provider if you have then you shouldn't need a custom field for the virtual room link - the join now button should appear 15 minutes before the meeting start time when the user accesses the event.
Alternatively you can add a virtual room using a custom link

We're not going down the Teams virtual room provider route for the moment.
Using your alternative suggestion, I have created a virtual room using a custom link. How can I now use a placeholder in V16 Notifications so the link appears in notifications so users can directly access the Teams event, please? I can still not see an option in the list of placeholders for rooms.
